Dotmailer cannot connect to server to access dynamic content


We are having trouble getting dotmailer to work. It appears that all their calls going to coudflare and getting blocked instead of going to our server. Is there a way to allow their calls to go directly to the server?


If you know the IP address of the server, you can whitelist it in the dashboard -> firewall -> tools -> IP access rules


It turns out the dotmailer was not been blocked because of the firewall, but because we had reinstalled and that changed the password to access the server…
