Don't steal customers' money

I am using Cloudflare Pro plan and payment only the $20 monthly.
But today I received a bill for $659.
I’m really shocked, I have opened ticket to customer support. But nobody reply during in the past 2 weeks
Cloudflare is a big company, please respect customers by responding to my ticket

Your invoice should explain the charges, what does that say the charge is for?

Did you open a Billing ticket through the dash? What’s the ticket number?
