Don't see a place in dashboard to enter auth code to transfer domain

I have updated the nameservers with my registrar 4 days ago and i still don’t see where i enter the auth code to proceed with the transfer

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

contacted the registrar and sent two messages to cloudflare with links that don’t answer the question. why would I change from a free plan to a paid plan when nothing seems to work as described in the documentation?
