Don't know how to get my domain back

What is the name of the domain?

https://apotekspeakeasy.com/

What is the issue you’re encountering

website and emails are down

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My domain has expired and I don’t know how to get it back. The domain is register at Cloudflare but I don’t know how to contact Cloudflare to get my domain back.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

Screenshot of the error

How this happened?
Were you late on payment for a renew or?

From the Registrar Docs, was it more than 45 days? If yes, then I am afraid you cannot get it back.
What else you can do is to monitor when it becomes available again for registration and register it and keep auto-renew enabled:

What happens after domain expires is described here for time-frame days:

Yes, I was late to renew the domain. But it was 2 weeks ago. So I think still think that the domain is at Cloudflare.

Also, please make sure you are in the correct Cloudflare account. It looks like you might have added the domain to a second account in which it is not active.

I only have 1 account that this domain was registered at. And if I have paid for the plan, does that not include the domain name?

No, the plan does not include the domain.

I don’t see the invoice for the domain name in my account. Do you know where I can find this?

Which nameservers do you see assigned to the domain on your DNS page?

These two nameservers

The domain is active in an account with these nameservers:

apotekspeakeasy.com. 172800 IN NS roan.ns.cloudflare.com.
apotekspeakeasy.com. 172800 IN NS addilyn.ns.cloudflare.com.

Thats is weird, I don’t recal a second Cloudflare account. In the account that I’m in now is showing me an error with the nameservers linked to the domain name that I’m trying to get online. Check screenshot

The domain has never used the nameservers you posted here.

Checking dnshistory, it seems the domain has always been using the nameservers it is currently using. Which would mean that you are in the wrong account.

(These dates aren’t exact but just show when dnshistory first saw the domain and last checked it)

Did you maybe login to Cloudflare with another account, for example iCloud?

Ok, I will check if I can find the second account.

Is there a way to contact Cloudflare support for even if you have the Pro package?
