I have two accounts, I want to transfer the domain name of account A to account B, how should I do it?

That is currently not possible and you will have to first transfer the domain to another registrar. Then you can transfer it back to the other account if you wish.

If you are not using Cloudflare registrar, you can move a domain directly to another Cloudflare account. The procedure is not significantly different from adding a new domain.
