Everything was working fine before cloudflare was connected.

Sorry what problem are you having? That you did a whois lookup somewhere and it failed? Is there an actual issue beyond that?

You appear to have no root or ww entries in DNS… before switching your nameservers to Cloudflare did you confirm that the list of DNS entries needed to render your websites existed? For example you do appear to have an MX record but it points to your root domain record which does not exist. So if you’re not receiving mail… yeah that would be a problem. Review your DNS records and add those that are needed to your zone on Cloudflare.
