Domains that belong to Cloudflare that look like O365 Phishing links

What is the issue you’re encountering

These domains look suspicious but they appear to belong to Cloudflare. The URL with .it is not longer active which makes it even more suspicious. Can anyone explain if these Office 365 login links generated from Cloudflare is some type of feature? And what the purpose of this is for?
