I have two domains I would like to add to my [free] Cloudflare acocunt, but when I attempt to add them I am told they are banned. I am not sure what may have caused this to happen, but would like to get this resolved. How can I go about asking Cloudflare to unban these domains?

You need to contact support.

Trying to find “support” is my problem, I think… since when I clicked support, it sent me here.
And now when I try to submit a support ticket, I get a 500 error message.
