Domain Zone is activated but nslookup fails

My domain is ncsimpact.co

I updated my domain’s DNS to Cloudflare’s DNS 1 week ago.

The Zone is activated in my Cloudflare account. However, when I did nslookup, I get the SERVFAIL error message. My device is using Google DNS. I have tried to flush Google DNS.

How do I troubleshoot this?

There seems to be a DNSSEC issue.
