domain “www.pw-affiliatemarketing.com” has not been Connected
This is most likely because you have proxy 
on the www CNAME.
Gray clouding 
/dns-only the record should allow them to verify the CNAME Exists
You may be able to switch it back to proxy / orange clouded after the verification suceeds, depending on if they re-check the record or not.
