My domain razemprzezwieki.pl is working but without certificate but www.razemprzezwieki.pl is not working but it’s having certificate. What can I do ?
For me both are working, however HTTPS is not working. It would seem your server is not configured to serve HTTPS.
What can I do more? I’ve got opened all ports.
Something is blocking port 443.

You have to unblock the addresses at IP Ranges, not the one assigned to your domain.
Which commend unlocks these ip’s in linux vps. I dont have control panel in hosting when I could unblock.
The same way you unblocked the IP from your screenshot.
