I am currently having issues with the Cloudflare Enterprise feature via Cloudways hosting provider. The www version of our narangbatimbers.com.au domain does not resolve and shows the 1016 error. Upon investigation and multiple chats with Cloudways support, it turns out there are traces of old IP addresses for the narangbatimbers.com.au domain that were allegedly left over by some old Cloudflare account. We are not aware of any nor do we have access to any prior Cloudflare accounts.
Cloudways support team keeps directing me to Cloudflare claiming there is nothing they can do but Cloudflare support is also not an option since I do not have a paid plan with Cloudflare directly. Has anyone had a problem like this? How do you think I can remove the old IP addresses thus liberating the narangbatimbers.com.au hostname?
