I have a domain registration service from Hetzner data center, when I tried to update name servers I got this error message:
Error: Unknown nameserver: aida.ns.Cloudflare.com
What does it mean and what can I do to solve this problem ?
Not sure why, it’s definitely a valid nameserver.
$ dig +short aida.ns.Cloudflare.com
173.245.58.58
Try contacting that registrar about the error.
I got an answer from support, I leave it here so others could use in such situation:
You have to add this nameserver via your Robot account on “Main functions”->“DNS-entries”->"Registered nameservers.
