I have both “A” and “SRV” DNS records on my domain pointing to a public ip but the public ip can’t be reached through the domain for some reason.
Unreachable can be due to various reasons. If you share the domain here in Preformatted text, any of the community members would take a look.

This is a subdomain which does not resolve. I also see the root domain doesn’t resolve either. Since CF is your domain registrar, I wouldn’t be able to help you in this regard. I’m sure other members will help you out.
There is nothing hosted at the root domain. I don’t use it for anything but a redirect for game server traffic. Does it need a network proxy to do that?
