What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

There is a domain that is currently in Cloudflare under another username. I do NOT know the old username. I have access to registrar, so I can change nameservers. How Can I get a copy of the CURRENT zone file to add to this tenancy?

When attempting to add to this tenancy and using “quick scan DNS” I get no records.

You cannot. You need to get access to that account or ask your host for the relevant DNS values and configure them manually.
