Domain transfer w/o possibility to change nameservers at current registrar

Hello,

I have a domain at Goneo which I would like to transfer to Cloudflare, but I can’t change nameservers at Goneo (no option to do that).
Is my understanding correct, that it is not possible to transfer a domain to Cloudflare in that case?

Unfortunately, to transfer a domain to Cloudflare, you must be able to change the nameservers at your current registrar to those of Cloudflare. If this is not possible with Goneo, it means you might not be able to transfer your domain to Cloudflare. You might need to change to a different registrar where you can adjust the nameservers first, before attempting the transfer to Cloudflare.
