What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot transfer my domain from No-IP.com

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have set the NS servers, removed and re-added the domain over a two week period; it never verifies

You need to disable DNSSEC at your current registrar.

I did that.

In that case you need to contact your registrar and ask them why it’s still enabled.

DNSSEC was turned off by No-IP, any idea how long this is going to take? I think there is some code to provide over to Cloudflare – which I have handy.

The zone is active now, so you should be able to initiate the domain transfer in the domain management menu.
