my current ns is ns261.sellvir.com ns262.sellvir.com If the ns records stop pointing to Sellvia, the domain will be disconnected and the store will be offline. can i transfer from hostenger to cloudflare and keep the current NS?

When you’re having domain registered or transferred to Cloudflare Registrar, you cannot point and have some other nameservers added nor listed for your domain.
You have to use Cloudflare nameservers assigned for your Cloudflare account.

You could export and import the DNS record for your domain, however that’s not the question or case, despite it would work like that I believe if your Website currently does work fine over HTTPS and has got a valid SSL certificate covering your (sub)domain(s) as well.

6.1 Nameservers. Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.
