I want to know when my domains get transferred to cloudflare, my domains expired in hostinger 
If the domain already expired, you usually can’t transfer it to Cloudflare.

But too late. You should start a transfer at least 15 days before the domain expires.
Wait until the 5 days are over and the transfer should fail automatically.
If i cancelled the transfer can I get the refund immediately?

The system is very good at not charging for domain transfers that fail. If that is not the case, let the Billing team know on a Billing ticket, but I’ve not seen an instance where the system did not auto correct.
