Step1: choose an domain that can’t be supported by cloudflare. etc. ****.top

Your screenshot says: “You currently have no domains available for transfer”

That means no domain has been selected, and no transfer has been initiated (Cloudflare Registrar does not support the .top TLD at all).

So if the “Cancel” button is unresponsive, you can safely leave that screen (by navigating to other sections of the dashboard).
