Domain transfer to Cloudflare and "something went wrong"

I was trying to transfer my domain from Godaddy to Cloudflare, and failed at the last step.

“# Something went wrong…
Default payment method not on account.”

FYI, I do have Paypal as my primary payment method and also added my credit card as a secondary, but it failed anyway. Don’t know what to do and don’t even know how to submit a support ticket for this.
Anyone can help?

Hello @Seabrook,

I’m sorry to read that you are experiencing an issue with your payment method setup. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  • Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
  • Go to the Billing section to confirm your default payment method is correctly set up.
  • If everything looks correct, try removing and re-adding your payment method.

If the issue persists, you can submit a support ticket by going to the Cloudflare dashboard and clicking on the ‘Get More Help’ button to contact Cloudflare Support for further assistance.

Sorry for the inconvenience here. Thank you for using Cloudflare.

I have submitted a support case.

In the meantime, I found that Cloudflare billing system is under maintenance until March 22nd.

Guess it has something to do with the maintenance, huh? Waiting for case reply to see if I can get something different, meanwhile waiting for the maintenance to roll out to try again after March 22nd.
