Domain Transfer stuck on Auth Code step

I’m having the same issue that this person had back in February.

I’m trying to transfer a domain (domain suffix is “us”) to CF. Payment went through, but the Transfer Progress has been stuck. I’m supposed to “Enter auth code,” which I already did, but the step is grayed out. I “refreshed” the status, but it’s just stuck. Not sure what to do at this point. Seems like it’s a hiccup with CF.

I haven’t received any emails from Cloudflare with a “FOA form” to submit. I also have already contacted the ‘losing registrar’ and they don’t have record that a transfer has begun yet.

I’m not sure what else I need to do here.

The email address on the registrant was a dead email. I updated that email in my current registrar and then cancelled the transfer and reinitiated it in Cloudflare. All good now.
