Domain transfer stuck at payment

I initiated a domain transfer more than a week ago and it is stuck at the payment step.
I did make a payment when I first initiated the transfer and I have not received any emails or notifications from Cloudflare to make another payment and there is no payment due in my dashboard. It has been stuck like this for one week now.

The screenshot is actually telling you we’re just waiting on your current registrar confirming the transfer.

If you visit and scroll to Invoices & Documents you should see a payment has already been processed.

Once your outgoing registrar confirms the transfer, everything should move automatically - you’re currently at Step 8 of the guide here:
