Domain transfer still pending

This month i transfer 2 domain name too Cloudflare:

the payment already done

ismaysporthall(dot)com ( this went with success with in 2 or 3 days)
ensunv(dot)com ( this one is still pending while the old provide: hdwebprovider domain expired 27 June 2022)

What to do best in this situation?
I don not want to pay 2 place for the same domain.

When did you begin the transfer?

Your registrar won’t transfer it until 5 days after you made the transfer request.

So that mean i have to renew the old provider first?
or ask for an extention of time
