Unable to transfer two domains, receive a message “Something went wrong”.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
My two domains are not 15 days from expiring or recently transferred. They are both unlocked with namecheap and I have the auth code for each.
- Fill out the transfer form
- Put in the auth codes
- Select the payment method, tried CC and paypal
- Submit the form
- Receive something went wrong, with no additional information

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I have contacted support and received a canned response to the documentation. I have replied to the email but received no response. I also cannot see the case notes because it does not allow me to log into the support site, maybe because I am on a free account.
