What is the issue you’re encountering

I unlocked domain and turned off whois on namecheap, got the auth code, waited a day, already dns is setup on cloudflare, stated domain transfer and pasted auth code, then added the payment both via PayPal and card both shows the same error

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried to pay with an already working paypal of someone I know still it shows the same error

that’s why I posted here, I don’t want the domain to expire,

While you wait for Registrar Support to reply, I’d contact the current registrar and ask them to remove the icann holds, unlock the domain, generate a new code and try again from incognito mode.
