I’m new to Cloudflare but it seems like there might be something wrong with your payment method/credentials in Cloudflare?
This is usually a problem with the payment method, you could verify this by calling your bank and find out if they declined our charges.
Our Registrar team is trying to display a more accurate payment method.
If you are unable to fix this, please submit a ticket and share it here so we can review the logs of the transaction.
