Domain Transfer from Shopify to Cloudflare does not work

Hello all, I am new to the whole domain and DNS topic, so I am happy for every help:

I bought a domain via Shopify. I need to transfer the domain to Cloudflare because I want to use a marketplace application and want to customize the seller Login URL. This is not possible with Shopify.
As it is a de-Domain i learned, that they need to give me a transfer code, which i already got. I also changed the nameservers at Shopify to the ones i was told at Cloudflare. This happened a week ago.

Still the status at Cloudflare is: Pending Nameserver update.

Cloudflare support told me to reach out to the community. I am very thankful for every help!

The homepage is www.bioriese-marktplatz.de (or www.bioriese-marktplatz.myshopify.com which redirects to the first one).
At Shopify it says, that they don’t host the nameservers anymore, as i changed them and use own nameservers (the ones cloudflare told me).

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

Your domain is using the following nameservers.

ns-cloud-e1.googledomains.com.
ns-cloud-e2.googledomains.com.
ns-cloud-e3.googledomains.com.
ns-cloud-e4.googledomains.com.

It does not look like your site is on cloudflare at the moment. You will need to change your nameservers (remove them all) and replace with the two that Cloudflare shows on the DNS tab of your cloudflare dashboard. If you’ve changed them, there may be reasons they are not yet showing up, check out the Quick Fix Ideas in this CommunityTip, Community Tip - Fixing “Pending Nameserver Update”
