Domain transfer from Shopify not showing up in Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to transfer my domain julyliebe.com from Shopify to Cloudflare.
The domain is already unlocked in Shopify, and I have received the authorization code. I also disabled DNSSEC. The WHOIS info and admin email are correct.
However, when I go to “Domain Transfers” in Cloudflare, the domain does not appear and I cannot add it manually either.
I waited more than 24 hours already, but nothing changed.
Details:

  • Domain: julyliebe.com
  • TLD: .com
  • Registrar: Shopify
  • Transfer status in Shopify: :white_check_mark: “Transfer ready”
  • DNSSEC: :cross_mark: disabled
  • Lock: :cross_mark: unlocked
    Any idea what could be missing or how I can make Cloudflare recognize it?
