I would like to transfer a domain from namebright.com to cloudflare.com. We already have nameservers set to Cloudflare and DNS setup in Cloudflare.
Is there any possibility of any downtime caused by the transfer?

The transfer is just from one registrar to the other. As long as your current registrar has no reason to change the nameservers before transferring, that all should go smoothly.
Whats the domain?
