Domain transfer failing (Godaddy .life)

Hi

i am trying to transfer a domain into Cloudflare with a .life TLD I have marked the domain for transfer and have the authorization code. Cloudflare says it is authorization code valid but then fails to transfer with the error:
“Forbidden access to domain”

Is there anything I’m missing?
