I see a lot of tickets on this, clearly there is a problem. I just attempted to transfer a domain from google to Cloudflare, something I have done a half dozen times in the last year. The domain is unlocked, and the auth code is correct, but each attempt resulted in the error message " Something went wrong…Could not create subscription.".
More concerning, each attempt resulted in a charge to my credit card. Now far be it from me to tell you how to run your business, but I would think perhaps designing your system to not charge credit cards in the event of a transaction failure might not be a bad idea.
I’ve submitted ticket 2515366 for this, but how do I even attempt to troubleshoot this problem without incurring charge after charge for internal Cloudflare errors?
i am also facing same problem, can believe company like that level could treat like this with live support. today was last day of expiry of my domain, money was deducted multiple times but not transferred. My ticket No, is 2514385.
As for the charges, did you open a ticket via your dashboard and select the billing/registrar option or email to [email protected]? I have escalated both your tickets due to the duplicate charges.
If that is the issue, wouldn’t a better design be to state “Domain cannot be transferred within 15 days of expiration” and then NOT charge the credit card anyway?
“Could not create subscription” then billing you regardless is just ridiculous.
If you really want to look into this yourself then dev tools sometimes shows more verbose errors, otherwise you will need to wait on your ticket as this is an account issue.
As per status update, it says issue is resolved and retry again. But what about payment deducted from my Bank? i have emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] but no one is responding even after one whole day. It seems Cloudflare does not care about its customers and customer support. Please refund my money charged due to your site internal error. Ticket No.2515385
I tried to transfer domain yesterday, domains trasfer failed but still charged mutiple times. After my complaint and others also, Cloudflare issued status admitting the issue saying they are investigating.
Now As per status update, it says issue is resolved and retry again. But what about payment deducted from my Bank? i have emailed to [email protected] and [email protected] but no one is responding even after one whole day. This is painful, depressing and frustrating to experience this from Cloudflare.
It seems Cloudflare does not care about its customers, customer support and people’s hard earned money. Please refund my money charged due to your site internal error. Ticket No.2515385. #Registrar#reliability:registrar#general:billing#refund
Your ticket has been escalated and is in a queue, I understand you are frustrated but please be patient. There is nothing else we can do and it is the weekend.
How can you say that? My issue is still not solved, i have not got payment back in my account.
Cloudflare admits publically its error and failed payment, but why i am not getting payment back in my bank accounts.
Issue is not resolved even after 14 fu***ing days and i am amazed to see your behaviour, how can you say issue is resolved without our consent?
