Domain transfer failed by payment gone through


I attempted to transfer domains from other domain registrar to Cloudflare. After all the processes, it all ended with “something went wrong, could not create subscription”

I tried multiple attempts, and little did I know, they were all charged to my payment method.

The support’s response was simply lying that Cloudflare didn’t charge these failed transfers. Yet indeed they were in my bank transactions. :slight_smile:

A bit disappointed by the customer service. At the end of the day. If I want to debug what went wrong with the transfer I would have to pay extra times?
