Domain transfer completed & paid but it didn't work and I loss the domain

I transferred domain to Cloudflare from GoDaddy. All steps was completed and bill for that domain is paid but it’s not showing in Cloudflare and I loss the domain completely. Someone else got the domain.
What can I do ?

That domain is still with your original registrar. Apparently the transfer failed. You should contact Cloudflare support to clarify what happened and how to restart the transfer. At the same time you should contact your old registrar and clarify why the domain does not show up in their control panel, as it was not transferred.

Another thing, that domain is not configured for Cloudflare, so it shouldn’t have been possible to transfer in the first place. Also, no change has been made to it either for almost a year.

Considering it hasn’t been touched for a year and is currently locked, it would seem as if it was not unlocked before the transfer and hence the transfer failed.

Please check my screenshot. I did all the steps Cloudflare Registrar asked and it was completed. Beside all that Cloudflare took the payment but I don’t know how to contact them. That’s why I was always checking the domain and trying to contact them. As you may see, domain should expire on Sep2, 2020. That’s the proof. I can’t touch it because right after finished transferring, someone got it. Any advise how to contact them?

Then how come the domain is locked on your registrar’s side?

You should contact Cloudflare and ask how to restart the transfer. Of course you need to unlock it first.

You can proceed to the payment only after all those steps are completed including unlocking…
You might know that Cloudflare don’t take payment without domain transfer is completed.
For example: Can you pay to Cloudflare Register for without owing it ?
Now, It’s locked because other people own it. It’s strange that I don’t know howI lost it. It maybe a bug, if so Cloudflare Team should do smth for me?

You really need to clarify this with your current registrar. But the issue will have been most likel that you simply did not unlock it. All you need to contact Cloudflare about is how to restart the transfer once you have it unlocked.

Furthermore the domain does not even seem to be on Cloudflare, so it is not clear to me how you started the transfer.

I don’t know what’s going on. You already seen my screenshot as well and domain disappeared from my Godaddy account as well.

As I said, you need to contact your current registrar about that.

I thought it was transferred to Cloudflare because I already paid and did all they asked. That’s mean Cloudflare have responsibility for this but anyway thank for your advise.

You should also check the status of your domain on Cloudflare as it does not seem to be active at all. It seemingly was active the last time September last year but was moved and subsequently removed from Cloudflare. Hence I am surprised how you could start a transfer in the first place.
