Domain Transfer Charged 3 times on my credit card!

Recently I ordered a domain transfer and it charged me 3 times on my credit card of the same domain and period. I already sent an email to [email protected] but NO RESPONSE. Are there any Customer Services from Cloudflare???

That looks like your invoice number, you should have received a ticket number in the automated ressponse from billing@, can you please post that?

Actually there are NO RESPONSE from the billing@. So I don’t have any ticket number on this. Please advise.

If you Edit the title so you can re-categorize the post as Billing, @Laurie will most likely see it and check on the problem.

You can also manually open a ticket from dash.cloudflare.com under Support (at the top), then Contact Support, then scroll down for Get More Help.

And I can confirm

I did locate the invoice in question @ivanchanyw and checked our tickets for your email and the domain name and cannot locate a ticket. Sorry for the trouble but please do proceed as suggested by @sdayman or @Laurie above. Let us know the ticket number once you receive it.
