Domain Transfer Blocked by Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

IPS Tags were changed at Source Registrar a transfer initiated but it seems to be stuck.
Source Registrar says the domain migration was blocked by Cloudflare which i have spoken to Nominet and they have said the same thing
is there any way of finding out why this has happened there does not seem to be any errors in the cloudflare portal other than waiting for IPS Tags to change
i cant even cancel the transfer to be able to retry

What steps did you take, and in what order?

Note that you should have completed the checkout process at Cloudflare before asking your current registrar to change the IPS tag to CLOUDFLARE. If you did not, then, yes, Cloudflare would automatically reject the transfer request as explained on the documentation page:

I’ll recommend you begin the process again, but follow the instructions in the order order given on the documentation page linked below.

But if this still doesn’t work, then please open a Registrar support ticket so Cloudflare staff can look into this for you: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

tags on the source tenant were changed after starting the transfer on cloudflares side i will see if fasthost can cancel and retry . the cancel button on the cloudflare side doesn’t seem to work for some reason
