Domain transfer approved

I recently sent a support request after I unlocked my domain but no auth/epp code was generated. I the reply I was told to follow the steps again to unlock the domain but I couldn’t do this as the domain was now unlocked. I replied and explained this and asked for my auth/epp code. I then received an email stating -

We have received your approval to transfer “my domain” away from Cloudflare Registrar. We will begin the process of transferring the domain to your new registrar now.

The problem here is I haven’t tried to transfer it to a new registrar, so where on earth is it being transferred too?

All my support requests are now going un answered.

Please could some one help me out.
