What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m facing an issue with my domain gmail10p[.]com, which has been suspended by Cloudflare due to an alleged WHOIS violation under ICANN regulations.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

What I Have Tried:
:white_check_mark: Checked WHOIS details at who.is → It confirms the domain is suspended.
:white_check_mark: Logged into Cloudflare but couldn’t find any option to update WHOIS.
:white_check_mark: Contacted Cloudflare support multiple times but haven’t received any response.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my domain gmail10p[.]com, which has been suspended by Cloudflare due to an alleged WHOIS violation under ICANN regulations.

Situation Details:
I received an email from Cloudflare Trust & Safety stating that my domain has been suspended due to a lack of response regarding WHOIS information updates.
They require me to update my WHOIS details with valid contact information to lift the suspension.
Currently, the domain is suspended, and I cannot access or modify anything in Cloudflare.
:white_check_mark: Replied to Cloudflare’s email, but no follow-up so far.

Questions:
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue and successfully restored their domain?
Should I contact the original domain registrar, or does Cloudflare have full control over this process?
If Cloudflare doesn’t respond, is there any other way to escalate the issue and get my domain unlocked faster?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

@motngaydeptuoi1908 Support will need to assist you on the ticket. I suspect they want you to verify you work with Google and own the gmail name, but that is just a guess. The Community cannot assist with account, billing, registrar nor trust & safety issues.

I understand that support needs to assist on the ticket, but I have already sent multiple emails to the Trust & Safety team ([email protected]) with my updated WHOIS information. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or status update from them.

This domain is very important to me, but the Trust & Safety team has been extremely slow in responding—or they might be ignoring my emails altogether.

Additionally, my domain has been removed from my account, and shortly after that, my account was also suspended. Could you please check this for me? I’m really concerned about what’s happening and would appreciate any help in escalating this issue.

I’ve no doubt the domain is important to you.

But it seems to me you don’t fully understand the very nature of and risks associated with the kind of business operation you’ve chosen to engage in.

You’re using a domain containing the trademarked name of THE most popular email service (Gmail) to run a service that provides disposable email addresses for random people around the world (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.temporary.email.inboxes)

Even putting the clear trademark infringement issue aside, the very nature of your “business” means you’re going to have all sorts of not-so-legit emails flowing through the domain, any one of which could get your domain suspended.

If I were in the business of providing disposable email addresses, I’d consider my domains equally disposable.
