Auto–renew was turned on for one of my domains, Cloudflare sent an email confirming this. There was no billing issue, though Cloudflare failed to renew the domain or contact me about it. Now it is in a suspended state and needs the registrar (Cloudflare) to renew within this grace period. I’ve heard nothing in response from support other than automated messages. 01331767. Suggesting I purchase a $200 business plan just to get support is completely unacceptable.
Registrar issues require a Registrar ticket with Support
I flagged your tickets for my Support colleagues, they’ll need to assist you on the tickets. They will probably merge them, no more tickets are necessary and result in a delayed response time
My Support colleagues indicated the domain referenced has not been using Cloudflare registrar for over a year and hence auto renew with cloudflare registrar is not an option. As such, my colleagues in Support have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please open another ticket if that is not the case and let the team know if this is in reference to a different domain. Sorry for the issues.
That is simply not the case and the records are out of date. I have receipts from Cloudflare and auto–renew emails regarding this domain. Screenshots of which I’ve included in the case as a response.
