Domain suspended and no way of getting in to it

What is the error message?

The registrar services for this domain have been suspended by Cloudflare for a Terms of Service violation.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Domain is suspended and unable to get it back without support.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

So the domain was setup with an email underneath the domain itself, but the Cloudflare emails were never accepted.

It has now got locked, and I have tried changing the email to mine, but it needs to send a verification email to the original email to change it.

The issue is, when the domain is suspended / locked, it stops all traffic being routed through, so I am unable to do anything with the domain.

I logged a ticket around 1 week ago with support and I haven’t heard anything back from them…

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Buy the domain
  • Customer doesn’t accept the contact details email from Cloudflare
  • Domain locks

On a side note to this - I would like to say that it is rather silly that a domain that is under MY account is getting locked, and I don’t get notified of this?

Even getting an email for this I could’ve resolved this before they decided to just suspend the domain.

I do see that we sent you multiple emails notifying you verify the contact, and then sent a final email that the domain was suspended
