Domain & subdomain KO

Hi,

I have a namecheap domain with cloudflare dns redirection, a heroku RoR app with all links copied on cloudflare and 1 rule :

returnsworth.online/ 
Forwarding URL (Status Code: 301 - Permanent Redirect, Url: https://eleanor.returnsworth.online)

But everything is KO

I rechecked all step by step, don’t find the clue…
