Please kindly note that our domain *****.nl is stuck in “Pending Validation (TXT)” status. The TXT record seems to have been created successfully but still domain is not validated. Could you check as it seems some technical issue with that specific domain.
Automated answer suggested adding MX record (: )), which I did btw, who knows if it affects SSL validation, but still same issue.

You have added DS records with your Registrar that are not correct. Certificates cannot be issued if DNSSEC is failing. Probably the fastest fix is to delete the DS records with your registrar.
@michael thank you very much for the hint. As you understand it’s not easy to know it’s the reason, when you just see “Pending verifying TXT” status. Will ask registrar to remove the DS record.
If possible, could you deobfuscate domain names in your answers if the topic is left pubic?
It would be useful if Cloudflare alerted users to this kind of thing in the dashboard. If the first thing I thought to check was DNSSEC, and it would be nice if CF picked this up automatically.
