What is the issue you’re encountering

My domain smokerai.uk has been stuck on “Pending Nameserver Update” for over 72 hours

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

• Verified nameservers are correctly set via WHOIS and whatsmydns.net
• Confirmed DNSSEC was off (Verisign DNSSEC Analyzer)
• Waited over 24 hours for propagation
• Enabled DNSSEC in Cloudflare and generated DS record
• Could not find a way to add the DS record manually at UK Cheapest

Queries are being refused by Cloudflare nameservers. which normally means you’ve entered the incorrect nameservers, spelled your domain incorrectly or haven’t yet selected a plan. On the DNS tab what nameservers are specified?

Thank you for the reply, I checked nameservers and domain seems right and I’m using the free plan, (irena.ns.cloudflare.com) and (tanner.ns.cloudflare.com) is the ones specified on the DNS tab.

The domain in your screenshot is smoker.uk.

Thank you for pointing out, I didn’t noticed that. where can I change it back ?

You will need to add the correct domain to Cloudflare and go through the process again.

You can either delete the one you have added in error or just leave it and it will delete after 28 days because it hasn’t gone active.
