Domain is still in pending status after 12+ hours, nameservers were updated correctly on registrar (Porkbun).

What is the issue you’re encountering

I added my domain upweb.pro to Cloudflare and updated the nameservers on my registrar (Porkbun) to the ones provided by Cloudflare (bayan.ns.cloudflare.com and suzanne.ns.cloudflare.com). It has been more than 12 hours and the domain is still showing “Pending Nameserver Update” status. I’ve verified everything is correctly set up. Please assist.

  • Confirmed nameservers were changed on Porkbun
  • Waited more than 12 hours
  • Disabled DNSSEC
  • Cleared browser and DNS cache
  • Checked whois for NS update confirmation

Add a domain to Cloudflare, update nameservers on registrar (Porkbun), wait for verification. Domain remains stuck in “Pending Nameserver Update.”

The domain upwed.pro has the following four Porkbun nameservers:

salvador.ns.porkbun.com. 
curitiba.ns.porkbun.com. 
fortaleza.ns.porkbun.com. 
maceio.ns.porkbun.com.

How exactly did you change the nameservers at Porkbun?

Note that you should use their “NS” function (seen when you hover over the domain) to change the nameservers for the domain… adding new NS records to their DNS manager isn’t going to work.
