Pending Nameservers Update

What is the issue you’re encountering

Updated the nameservers over 24 hours ago, registry shows pointing to Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Checked at registry level, and ICANN shows domain is pointing to Cloudflare: https://rdap.nic.cv/domain/volunteer.cv
  2. DNSEC is disabled on the domain
  3. Domain has never been added to Cloudflare (is a new registration)

I’m not sure what else to check…

The nameservers are showing in the whois data, but aren’t served by the parent zone:

So right now, the domain is not active, despite the status code saying that it is. This is something you need to discuss with your registrar.

Thanks @Laudian, that makes sense. I’ve raised a ticket with Netim, and have included your dig trace. Appreciate the help!
