Domain status/ refund?

I had some trouble with my previous registrar. Now, they say that the domain is ‘unlocked’. And I paid for here (in Cloudflare) for the transfer. But after 7 days, I don’t see my domain in Cloudflare account. What’s the status of my domain then?

However, your domain seems to be pointing to Dreamhost nameservers - not Cloudflare. Your domain has to be pointing to Cloudflare to be able to transfer it.
