Domain Showing 522 error. How I can Fix It?

Hello Cloudflare Family,

The site I have currently is hosted on Heroku with two domain names. One of the domains I tested loaded OK, but the second domain shows an error 522 in some countries/locations. There are both A and CNAME records for them in Cloudflare. Do you have any idea why this is happening? I appreciate your help.
