After checking my config I believe the problem relates to these three Domain Status that appeared on the WHOIS data for my domain:
Domain Status: serverhold
Domain Status: servertransferprohibited
Domain Status: clienttransferprohibited
I have been unable to find a way to remove these myself and have no idea why they have been added. Raising a support ticket hasn’t achieved anything either, is anyone able to point to how I solve this?
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Thanks, do you have any suggestion for how to word the ticket to get the right action? It’s been three tickets now that get weird confusing responses that don’t seem to be related to what I wrote.
01460795 is the latest, I’d really appreciate any assistance. This issue started a bit over a month ago, I’ve been doing ticket every week and half or so assuming something has gone wrong if there hasn’t been a response or actions in that kind of time frame.
Thanks for the help, I got a response on my ticket but unfortunately it is just saying they are closing and to use my existing ticket (01454672) which hasn’t received any response to my followups in a week. Any chance you can flag that ticket for me?
