What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m reaching out regarding my domain smartpetshub.com, which appears to be restricted or blocklisted by Cloudflare. This is preventing the activation of an SSL certificate on Shopify, where the domain is registered and managed. According to Shopify support, the issue originates from Cloudflare’s side, and they advised me to contact you directly. Domain: smartpetshub.com Registrar/Platform: Shopify Owner: Myself (store administrator) This is a legitimate, new e-commerce site for smart pet products, and it complies with all legal and Shopify requirements. I kindly ask you to review the restriction and remove the domain from any blocklists if possible. I’m happy to provide any further details if needed.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The domain was previously used on Cloudflare (2023/2024). Such a “ban” is usually due to some unpaid bill from the last time the domain was used on Cloudflare… though it can also be a bug.

The domain does not (as of this writing) use Cloudflare nameservers. So whatever settings you have in your own Cloudflare account do absolutely nothing.

Please open a support ticket as previously advised.
