The listed domains contain adult content, which seems reasonable to have your domains flagged for, given their current content.
As such, DNS resolution for them is blocked, for customers that have explicitly opted in to the adult content filtering, while using the 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver.
As for the “.APP” domain though, it hasn’t been configured properly, as it have been delegated towards Cloudflare name servers, but hasn’t yet been added to any Cloudflare account.
